2024-2025 Midterm Schedule
Dear Students
Between 10 June - 5 July 2024, the companies you will go to for Workplace Practice / Experience courses are shared with you.
Our first goal is to complete your training safely. Please attach great importance to the Occupational Health and Safety issues that you have learnt in the lessons and will be given to you by the company.
We are confident that you will represent OSTIM Technical University in the best way during your training. When you encounter any problems, do not argue with the company personnel and inform us immediately.
Before 10 June - 5 July 2024Monday, please contact the personnel who are interested in the internship in the Human Resources departments of the company from the contact link of the company and learn the shuttle bus information that we can benefit from.
During the first week of the training, have your patron fill in the personnel information (name, surname, e-mail, mobile phone number if he/she wishes to provide) at https://forms.gle/9pmhAaabNaUkJxxH9.
On the day the training starts, the personnel in charge of the Human Resources Departments may request your insurance information from you. In this case, you can access your insurance document by logging in to https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/ web page and typing "4A Employment Entry Exit Notification" in the search section.
Do not forget to check your e-mail address daily during the training.
Please submit the course reports on time.

Before 15 January 2024 Monday, please contact the personnel who are interested in the internship in the Human Resources departments of the company from the contact link of the company and learn the shuttle bus information that we can benefit from.
In the first week of the training, we expect you to send the information of the Hami personnel responsible for you (name, surname, e-mail, mobile phone number if you want to give it yourself) to omer.oztas@ostimteknik.edu.tr e-mail address.

Dear Students
The date of September 25, 2023, which is the start of the courses in the academic calendar, has been updated as October 2, 2023 and the course registration period has been postponed by one week in this context.
Course registrations will be possible between September 18, 2023 and September 22, 2023.
* Preparatory and 1st year students will not register for courses. Courses will be defined automatically.

- Announcement about 2022-2023 Spring Semester Courses
Dear Students,
In the scope of the decisions taken throughout the country after the devastating earthquake disaster in our country, all our classes will be held online until April 1, 2023 for all our students except for our 4th grade students in the 2022-2023 spring academic year. After April 1, 2023, how the courses will be held will be determined according to the decision to be taken by YÖK.
There is no change in the course registration (22-24 February) and academic calendar start dates (27 February) previously announced for the Faculty of Engineering.
