In 2002, he completed his undergraduate education in Computer Education and Instructional Technologies at Middle East Technical University. He then completed his master's and doctorate in science and mathematics at METU. He wrote Computer Hardware that Turkey’s first offical electronic book. He specialized such area as in the efficient use of Information Technology resources, lowering technology expenditures and internet supported education.

Assist. Prof. Dr. S. Burak Tozkoparan

He received his bachelor's degree in 2012 and his master's degree in 2016 in the field of Computer Education and Instructional Technologies (CEIT). He completed his ph.D. in the same field at Anadolu University, Institute of Educational Sciences in 2022 with the support of TÜBİTAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye). He worked as an instructor, research assistant, workshop leader, academic journal secretary and compositor at foundation and state universities. He took part in TÜBİTAK and Development Agency projects as a scholar and project worker. He has given robotic lessons to children aged between 6-15 at Fırat University and in different educational institutions in the private sector. He has national and international publications in his field. He has participated in many seminars and symposiums. His areas of interest are instructional technologies, media literacy, internet self-efficacy, computational thinking skills, concepts related to problematic use of technology, digital games and safety in smart phones. Since February 2023, he has been working as an assist. prof. in Ostim Technical University, Vocational School, Information Security Technology Program.

Mutluhan Yılmaz

He graduated from Atatürk University. He completed his undergraduate education in Computer Education and Instructional Technology Education and received his master's degree in Computer and Instructional Technology Education. During this period, he worked in private schools and carried out teaching and administration duties respectively. He conducts research on new trends and approaches in Instructional Technologies. In 2016 his first book was published called Vicdan-ı Net. He continues his doctorate education in the CEIT department at Ankara University.
