Professor Dr. Cahit Kurbanoğlu received his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karadeniz Technical University, his Master's Degree in Business Administration from Gazi University and his doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from Anadolu University, during which time he worked as a research assistant at Akdeniz University, Isparta Engineering Faculty. After his doctorate, he worked as a lecturer and lecturer at the Isparta Engineering Faculty at Akdeniz University. Associate Professor at Isparta Engineering Faculty at Akdeniz University between 1991-1993, Associate Professor at Engineering Faculty at Süleyman Demirel University between 1993-1997, at Isparta Engineering Faculty at Akdeniz University between 1997-2011 He worked as a Professor at Istanbul Medeniyet University between 2011-2019. He worked as department and department heads, dean, institute director and vice-chancellor in the university. In mechanical engineering, he gave lectures on mechanical machine elements, design, entrepreneurship, quality management. He advised 14 MSc and 13 Dr students, gave many courses in the field of Mechanical Engineering, wrote more than 20 articles in Sci magazines, wrote more than 30 articles in other magazines, wrote in 18 book / book chapters, and published in nearly 100 papers. and worked in more than 10 projects. Since May 2020, he has been working as a lecturer in the machine program of OSTİM Technical University Vocational School.

Ass. Prof. Turan Şişman (Manager of the Vocational School)

Having completed his undergraduate and graduate studies in Mechanical Engineering Department, Şişman received his PhD in Robotics Program, and during this time he worked as a research assistant at Selçuk University and ITU. After his doctorate, he worked as a full-time faculty member at Selçuk University, Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University, and as a part-time faculty member at Gazi University and Başkent University, respectively. Between 2002 and 2010, he served as Branch Manager, Head of Department and Deputy General Manager in some public institutions. Between 2015 and 2020, he served as the founding department chairman of the Haliç University Engineering Faculty Mechanical Engineering Department, and Vice Dean of Engineering Faculty, and for a short period he served as the Dean of Students at the same university. In the same years, Şişman, who worked as a content consultant and industry analysis writer in the ST Robot Investments magazine published in the field of industrial robots and Industry 4.0 applications, performed various programs on ST Industry Radio, which broadcasts about the same sectors. He has been working as a faculty member at OSTİM Technical University Vocational School since February 2020.

Assist. Prof. Buşra Yedekçi (Program Coordinator)

Dr. Buşra Yedekçi graduated from the Department of Manufacturing Engineering at Atılım University with first-class honors in 2011. Afterwards, she worked as a Research and Design Engineer in a private company. In September 2012, she started her master's degree and to work as a research assistant at the Department of Engineering Sciences at the Middle East Technical University (METU). After completing her master's degree in computational mechanics in 2015, she started her doctoral studies in the field of biomaterials and tissue engineering at the same department of METU, and successfully completed her doctoral education in 2021. She has been involved in various projects and has published articles in SCI journals, and presented papers at international symposiums and congresses. Since June 2022, she has been working as an assistant professor in the Vocational School of OSTIM Technical University.

Lecturer Serkan Güneş

He received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering. As an engineer and department manager in the R&D, Product Development and Design departments of industrial companies operating in the defense industry, automotive and construction machinery sectors, he undertook mechanical, electromechanical, hydraulic-pneumatic engineering tasks in national / international R&D and production projects. With the EU Leonardo da Vinci Program Vocational Training Project, he received Hydraulic Systems Training in Hamburg/Germany and established contacts with industrial enterprises in the region on professional development. He continues his PhD education at Gazi University Institute of Science and Technology, Department of Mechanical Engineering and his research interests are: Computer Aided Design and Analysis, Advanced Manufacturing Technologies, Modeling and Control of Manufacturing Systems and Hydraulic-Pneumatic Systems. As of May 2019, he has been working as a lecturer at OSTİM Technical University Vocational School.

Lecturer Ali Balbay

He graduated from Pamukkale University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering in 2012. In 2018, he completed his Master's Degree at Pamukkale University Institute of Natural and Applied Sciences, Department of Mechanics on Experimental Investigation of the Effect of Nano Particle Addition to Composite Sheet on Mechanical and Buckling Properties. He worked as a Design Engineer at ABG Perforje Perforje Kalıpçılık between 2015-2016, Mechanical Department Supervisor at Akınsoft Robotics department between 2016-2017, Molding and Design Center Supervisor at Hd Kauçuk between 2017-2020, and Production Supervisor at ACM Global in 2020. As of 2020, he has been working as a lecturer at OSTİM Technical University Vocational School. He continues his PhD education at Necmettin Erbakan University, Department of Mechanical Engineering and his areas of interest are: Computer Aided Design and Analysis, Manufacturing Technologies, Computer Aided Manufacturing Methods and Composite Materials.

Lecturer Büşra Bulut

She graduated as an honor student from the Department of Interior Architecture at Karadeniz Technical University in 2016. In 2020, she received her master's degree from the Department of Architecture at Eskişehir Technical University with a thesis titled "A Proposed Method for Evaluating Repurposed Industrial Heritage". She is currently continuing her doctoral studies in the Department of Interior Architecture at Eskişehir Technical University. She has worked as an interior designer in various private institutions for corporate and private projects. Her academic interests include interior design education, space perception, furniture design, 2D and 3D drawings, and she continues to work on article studies for national and international journals. She has been working as a lecturer at OSTIM Technical University Vocational School since May 2020.
