Bu dönem 6-24 Ocak tarihleri arasında yapacağınız iş yeri eğitimi dersi için kendi firmanızı bulabilirsiniz. Bunun için aşağıda bulunan form 1 ve form 2’yi firmaya imzalatarak ıslak imzalı halini A-559 numaralı odaya teslim etmeniz gerekmektedir. Bunun için son tarih 13 Aralık 2024’tür. Ofise gelmeden önce bilgi veriniz.
Ayrıca iş yeri eğitimi yapmak istediğiniz firmanın okulumuzla daha önce protokolü varsa yeniden protokol imzalamalarına gerek yoktur.
Eğer yurtdışında firma bulursanız ek olarak aşağıdaki form 3’ü de imzalayarak form 1 ve form 2’yle beraber teslim etmeniz gerekmektedir.
You can find your own company for the workplace training course you will do between January 6-24 this semester.
