UMT Kalite Kontrol & OTÜ İşbirliği Laboratuvarı

  Ostim Teknik Üniversitesi bünyesinde yer alan; Ostim Teknik Üniversitesi ile UMT kalite kontrol firmasının iş birliği yürüttüğü Malzeme Teknik Araştırma Merkezi (MTAM) laboratuvarı bulunmaktadır. Laboratuvar bünyesinde;
• Çekme testi
• Egme testi
• Makro analiz testi
• Mikro yapı analiz
• Sertlik testi
• Çentik darbe deneyi
• Kimyasal analiz testleri gerçekleştirilmektedir.
Laboratuvarda; UMT firmasının işleri kapsamında, hocalarımız dersleriyle ilişkili ve çeşitli projelere yönelik testler yapılmaktadır.

HIZAL Elektrozyon Sanayi & OTÜ İşbirliği Laboratuvarı

  Ostim Teknik Üniversitesi bünyesinde; hem öğrencilere yüksek gerilim alanında uygulama imkanı vererek bilgi seviyesini artırmak hem de uluslararası standartlara uygun olarak üretim yapan ekipman ve sistem tasarımcılarının ihtiyacı olan yüksek gerilim testleri yapılmaktadır. Laboratuvar kapsamında;
• Yıldırım Darbe Test Sistemi: 1.2 MV
• Akım Darbe Test Sistemi : 250kA
• AC Şebeke Frekanslı Test Sistemi: 600kV
• Yüksek Akım AC test sistemi: 5000A
• Her çeşit darbeli güç kaynağı testleri
• HPEM ve EMP test alt yapısı.
• Yüksek Gerilim dayanım ve delinme test alt yapısı.
• Kısmı Deşarj Test Sistemi: 50-100kV
• Öğrenciler için eğitim ve laboratuvar hizmeti verilmektedir.

TEZMAKSAN Akademi & OTÜ İşbirliği Laboratuvarı

  TEZMAKSAN Akademi 2015 yılından bu yana 40 bin lise öğrencisine mesleki ve teknik seminerler veren, 62 ildeki lise ve üniversitelerle iş birlikleri geliştirmiştir. Ostim Teknik Üniversitesinde yer alan CNC laboratuvarı bünyesinde, OTU iş birliğiyle kullanılan CNC Torna Tezgahı yer almaktadır. İş birliği kapsamında; OSTİM Teknik Üniversitesi Hayat Boyu Eğitim Merkezi’nde öğrencilere Tezmaksan Akademi eğitmenleri yeni teknolojilerin kullanımı ve CNC eğitimleri verilmektedir. Sanayinin ihtiyacı olan ancak okullarda bulunmayan eğitimler TEZMAKSAN Akademi tarafından öğrencilere detaylarıyla anlatılmaktadır.
