- Scholarship student procedures and follow-up of Scholarship students' Success
- Acceptance of Double Major (Double Major) and Minor (YDP) Programs and Certificate Programs applications, course registration and follow-up of academic status
- Providing consultancy and guidance services
- Tracking Course Registration and Advisor Approval processes
- Tracking of Course and Classroom Programming Services
- Following the academic status of Vertical Transfer orientation class students and conducting DGS related procedures
- Following the academic procedures of students going and coming abroad within the scope of ERASMUS Program and cooperation protocols
- Follow-up of the preparation of the Annual Report and Audit Report
- Processing and follow-up of grade changes from the Faculty / School Executive Board
- Following the English preparatory class success levels and conducting exemption procedures
- The application process of the students whose registration has been deleted due to their failure from the English preparatory class to the institutions where Turkish education is provided
- Statistics (Following the statistics requested by institutions such as ÖSYM, YÖK etc.)
- Dismissal of students whose registration has been deleted
- Acceptance of internal and external transfer applications, course exemptions and follow-up of course registration procedures
- Conducting students to deregister and reserve the right to study
- Follow-up of Students' Final Registration
- Follow-up of students' adjustment procedures
- Acceptance of Graduation Ceremony applications and follow-up of Graduates
- Preparation of Graduation Ceremony, Diploma, Diploma Supplement Documents, follow-up of distribution and diploma book printing
- Tracking exemption procedures
- Receipt and follow-up of the transcript
- Carrying out the objection to the grade and entering the related grades
- Follow-up of processes related to the preparation and correction of additional software needed in Student Information System
- Follow-up of transferring student data to Student Information System
- Document Registration of Student Affairs Office
- Student Affairs Department website updates and editing of announcements made on the website
- Updating the statistical information and Statistical Studies
- Preparation of documents belonging to the Registrar's Office (Transcript, student certificate)
- Correspondence of the Registrar's Office
- Preparation and follow-up of Student ID Cards
- Follow-up of procedures for the determination of student quotas and conditions
- Preparation of the documents and documents requested by the students
- Tracking the success of students (honor and high honor students, success-related scholarships)
- Execution and follow-up of discipline and other legal procedures of students
- Execution and follow-up of students' tuition fees
- Execution of the procedures related to the grade entry of academic staff
