At OSTIM Technical University, "the Industrial University," our primary goal is to educate graduates who can transform science and technology into practical solutions for the betterment of the world. We equip our students with cutting-edge technological expertise alongside essential entrepreneurial skills—both of which are crucial to our mission. Our close collaborations with the business world, industry, and the public sector are key drivers of our success. These partnerships enable us to play an active role in the economy.

Our second objective is to generate new knowledge. We achieve this through our incubators, technoparks, and tech-financing and support programs for our students, faculty, and businesses. We encourage our students to develop new products, technologies, and start-up ventures.

We aspire to create highly qualified human capital to shape the future. To this end, we are committed to educating individuals equipped with the knowledge and competencies required by the modern world. Our students will have a broad vision, the ability to learn on the job, and the curiosity to ask questions and seek answers. They will be able to imagine, create innovative designs, and bring their ideas to life. They will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to take responsibility when necessary—all while striving for professional excellence. We also ensure that our students develop cultural awareness and humanitarian values, becoming individuals who make a positive impact on society.

OSTIM Technical University is a "third-generation" university. While "second-generation" universities emphasized scientific research and education, resulting in a division of labor where companies implemented the knowledge developed in academia, this created a gap between universities and industries. The “third-generation,” or "entrepreneurial university," seeks to break down these barriers for the benefit of society, placing the university, business, and industry at the heart of the production and innovation process.

In today's world, "education" goes beyond theoretical instruction. It empowers students and academics to increase their capacity to develop patents, utility models, industrial designs, and brands, all within a university-industry collaborative framework. Our primary focus is on fostering innovation, contributing to the economy, and facilitating commercialization through entrepreneurship. With our “entrepreneurial university” approach, we are aligning our science and technology activities with industry to add value to our country’s economy. We aim to develop our region and country by producing unique projects and solutions, while also creating the mechanisms necessary for their application and commercialization. With the knowledge generated by our strong academic team, we strive to become one of the leading global universities in our field.
