ERASMUS Plus KA203 Strategic Partnerships in Higher Education

Increasing youth employment is a key objective of EU employment policy and falls within the context of the Europe 2020 growth and employment strategy. Our main priority, which is based on the increasing dynamism of the environment we live in, especially in Europe, is based on the development of entrepreneurship skills of higher education students. Globalization and the new labor market empower young people with adaptive capacity, creativity, initiative, self motivation, coping with uncertainty, learning from own experience, etc. confronting them with ever-changing environments that require competencies. These and other competencies (such as teamwork, resource management, financial literacy, planning capacity, and ethical and sustainable thinking) are the competencies under the title of entrepreneurial competencies within the EntreComp framework to face the economic, social and cultural challenges in today's world.
