Murat ŞİMŞEK completed his bachelor degree and master education at Kırıkkale University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He completed his master's degree on the effect of super-resolution methods on improving hyperspectral image resolutions. He completed his PhD education at Ankara University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He completed his PhD on real-time target detection in Hyperspectral images. 

He has worked in many different positions such as electrical-electronics engineer, electronic technologies specialist, artificial intelligence specialist, project manager in his working life.  He has academic studies on image processing and artificial intelligence.

Artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, image processing, hyperspectral imaging, embedded systems, signal processing, Matlab/Python programming languages ​​are among his fields of study. He has been involved in many projects in these fields.

Assist. Prof. Dr. Osman AKIN

Osman Akın completed his bachelor's degree in 2001 and his master's degree in 2007 at Sakarya University Computer Engineering department. He completed his doctorate in the field of Artificial Intelligence at Hacettepe University Computer Engineering department in 2016. He worked as a researcher at Surrey University in 2014.

He started his career as a public servant. He worked as a software development engineer, expert software development engineer, cyber security expert, software integration engineer and network administrator during his public service. He has worked as a software team leader and software architect in the private sector for the last 5 years. He gave courses on artificial intelligence, database and network security as a guest lecturer at Private Universities. His areas of interest are artificial intelligence, web programming, database, network security and blockchain.

Assist. Prof. Dr. Rayan ABRİ

He completed his Ph.D. from Hacettepe University, Department of Computer Engineering in 2021. In the Ph.D. program, he focused on deep autoencoder and LSTM networks to extract desired patterns. He achieved his MSc. at Hacettepe University as the best master's students in 2014. He has done his bachelor's in Azad University and remarked as the 1st student in the computer engineering program.

Dr. Rayan Abri plays a critical role in architectural designing the artificial intelligence products in space and defense companies. He is working as artificial intelligent specialist with focusing on many projects about machine learning and deep learning-based project in the private sector. He is the technical leader of various video and image processing and Numerical Analysis projects based on AI techniques.

Assist. Prof. Dr. Erol DUYMAZ

Graduated from Dokuz Eylul University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He received his master's degree from Old Dominion University/USA and PhD from Istanbul Technical University. He worked in research areas such as watermarking, SLAM-estimation under uncertainty, inertial sensors. His studies contiues in health and defense sectors’ projects. Circuit Theory, Digital Design, Lineer System Theory, Control Systems, Elektronics, Engineering Mathematics and Differential Equations are among the courses he teaches.

Assist. Prof. Dr. Tacettin Sercan PEKİN

Dr. Pekin was born in Ankara in 1985. After graduating from Bilkent University Computer Engineering in 2007, he completed his master's degree at the same department in 2010. In addition, he obtained another BS degree from Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration in 2013. Finally, he completed his Ph.D. studies in the Department of Information Systems at Middle East Technical University in 2017. Since 2006, he has been working as a software developer. Over time, he worked as a technical leader, designer, technical manager, and finally, he established his own software company with his entrepreneurial identity. In addition to his engineering career, he has also worked in the academic field since 2007, and besides being a full-time assistant at Bilkent University, he worked as a visiting lecturer at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, Computer Engineering and Management Information Systems departments, and Gazi University Industrial Engineering Department. He currently is affiliated at Ostim Teknik University Management Information Systems Department. Dr. Pekin's areas of study and expertise include Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Games, Virtual-Augmented Reality and Mobile Application Development.

Haydar Kilic is a multidisciplinary academician and received his Ph.D. from the Electronics and Computer Engineering program. Before his Ph.D., he received his master's degree in computer engineering from Case Western Reserve University in the United States. He also holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics. Dr. Kilic supports many projects in higher education in areas such as artificial intelligence, image processing, software development and high computing, and teaches courses in these areas. His research interests are artificial intelligence, image processing and high computing.

Assist. Prof. Dr. Gülsüm KAYABAŞI KORU

Gülsüm Kayabaşı Koru graduated from Eskişehir Osmangazi University, Department of Computer Engineering. She completed her master's degree in Computer Engineering at Gazi University and her PhD in Forensic Informatics at Gazi University. In her master's degree, she worked on the classification of mobile applications using static analysis. In her PhD, she worked on detecting fake news in Turkish using deep learning methods.

She has worked as a computer engineer, smart card operating systems and applications, cryptography systems, database administrator and project management in the public sector.

She has done projects on artificial intelligence, data science, natural language processing, large language models, machine learning, deep learning, information security and cryptology. She has pursued academic studies in these areas. She has lectured on various programming languages, algorithms, information security, cryptology and database management systems. Since 2018, she has been working as a forensic informatics expert in Ankara region.

Research Assist. Melisa GÖZET

Melisa Gözet graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Science, Department of Mathematics in 2017. She completed her master's degree in 2020 with her thesis titled 'Mathematical models of tumor-immune system interactions'. She has been continuing her doctoral education at Ankara University, Department of Artificial Intelligence Technologies since September 2021 and her doctoral studies are supported by The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK). 

Research Assist. Bahadır ARABACI

Bahadır Arabacı graduated from Selçuk University with a degree in Electrical – Electronics Engineering in 2020. In 2022, he commenced his master's studies in Electrical – Electronics Engineering at Bolu Abant Izzet Baysal University. He is engaged in various research projects involving the detection of neurological diseases using deep learning techniques. By focusing on signal analysis and artificial intelligence applications, he is developing innovative methodologies in this field.
